Delivery and Returns

How long will my order take to deliver? 

Orders are currently taking up to seven working days to arrive after you have placed your order. 
We are a small family business, who embroider, print and hand finish everything from our studio in Surrey.  We aim to deliver much quicker than this but we want to be transparent about delivery timescales. 
If you do need it quicker please email us to see if we can help.  We can occasionally prioritise orders so please always speak to us.

How much does it cost to deliver my order?

Betty Bramble offer postage and packing for free for orders of £30 or more for delivery within the UK.  

For orders less than £30 our postage and packing charge is a flat £2.50, no matter how many items you order. 

We can occasionally provide express delivery.  Please contact us at to see if this is possible. 
If we are able to offer this, the cost of express delivery is £8.95 per order. A signature will be required for this service.  
Our delivery charges are fixed, so order as many items as you like for the same postage and packing cost. 

We can also deliver internationally to: 
> Europe for £5.95 per order 
> North America for £8.95 per order 
> Australia and New Zealand for £9.95 per order

How can I cancel my order?

We aim to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, but if you contact us before you have received your 'dispatch' email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

If you would like to cancel your order after you have received your 'dispatch' email you will need to wait until you receive your order and return it to us.

Returning Your Order

Betty Bramble offer a 30 day 'no quibble' guarantee.

In the highly unlikely event that you are not totally happy with your order you can, of course, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a fault or an error has been made by Betty Bramble.

Please note the order must still be in its original packaging and condition.  Ensure you obtain proof of postage of your parcel as we cannot be liable for parcels lost in transit

Please note that we do not cover the cost for you to return your parcel, this will be at your expense.
