Delivery Policy

**Betty Bramble is closed for 10 days and will re-open on Monday 21 August.** 

All orders will be shipped in the order they were placed from 21 August.  We will be responding to messages at hello@bettybramble.co.uk during this time.

 

(1)           Introduction

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website or telephone.

This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

(2)           Where do you deliver in the UK?

If the address for delivery of your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select from the following delivery methods:

  • free standard delivery for orders over £30; and
  • standard delivery at £2.50 for orders less than £30; and
  • express delivery.

If the address for delivery of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to use standard international delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses.

(3)          Do you deliver to Europe?        

Yes, we deliver to a range of countries in Europe for £12.95 per order.  We currently deliver to Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

(4)           Do you deliver to the rest of the world?

Unfortunately because our footmuffs are very big and heavy we cannot send deliver footmuffs to anywhere outside Europe.

(5)           How long will my order take and how much does it cost? 

This table indicates the typical delivery periods and charges for the different delivery methods.

*  Please note that personalised products may take up to 7 working days to deliver.

If you select express delivery then the parcel must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

Delivery charges are fixed per order regardless of how many items you order. Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, although this may not be payable in all instances.

(8)           What if I have a problem with my delivery?

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us and we will do everything to try and resolve the situation.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • you provided the wrong address for delivery;
  • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed; and
  • where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
