Delivery Policy

 (1)           Introduction

 

This delivery policy gives details of the delivery methods, delivery periods and delivery charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website or telephone.

This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

    (2)           Where do you deliver in the UK?

    If the address for delivery of your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select from the following delivery methods:

    • free standard delivery for orders over £75; 
    • standard delivery at £3.99 for orders less than £75; 

    If the address for delivery of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to use standard international delivery.

    Unfortunately, at this time, we do not deliver to British Forces Post Office addresses.

    (3)           How long will my order take to deliver in the UK and how much does it cost? 

    This table indicates the typical delivery periods and charges for the different delivery methods.

    These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.

    Delivery charges are fixed per order regardless of how many items you order. Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT, although this may not be payable in all instances.

    (4)          Do you deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World?        

    Yes, we deliver internationally with a tracked shipping service. 

    Shipping times are estimates and unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.  Please note, our website does not have a registered EORI number, so some countries may require that you as the customer will be liable for an additional tax.

    Please note that for international delivery, some orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive to certain countries/zones. Delays are rare but orders can be held for checks in customs for reasons outside of our control.

     

    (6)           How are international parcels delivered?

    We use the British Royal Mail system, their tracked service.  On arrival into the country for delivery it will be handled by the local postal service.

    Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

     

    (8)           What if I have a problem with my delivery?

    If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us and we will do everything to try and resolve the situation.

    If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free-of-charge).

    An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

    • you provided the wrong address for delivery;

    • there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

    • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

    • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed; and

    • where in person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
