Delivery and Returns

How long will my order take to deliver? 

Orders are currently typically taking 5 - 7 working days to be dispatched after you have placed your order.  

We are a small family business, who embroider, print and hand finish everything from our studio in Surrey. 

Do you offer express delivery?  

Unfortunately Express Shipping is not available at the moment.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

How much does it cost to deliver my order?

ORDERS OVER £75
Betty Bramble offer postage and packing for free for orders of £75 or more for delivery within the UK.  

ORDERS UNDER £75
For orders less than £75 our postage and packing charge is a flat £3.99, no matter how many items you order. 

Our delivery charges are fixed, so order as many items as you like for the same postage and packing cost. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

We do deliver internationally to Europe, America, Canada and the Rest of the World.  Please see full details by clicking here.

The costs and approximate timings are as follows:

* Please note that for international delivery, some orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive to certain countries/zones. Delays are rare but orders can be held for checks in customs for reasons outside of our control.

For international orders, please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How can I cancel my order?

We aim to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, but if you contact us before you have received your 'dispatch' email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

If you would like to cancel your order after you have received your 'dispatch' email you will need to wait until you receive your order and return it to us.

Returning Your Order

Betty Bramble offer a 30 day 'no quibble' guarantee.

In the highly unlikely event that you are not totally happy with your order you can, of course, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a fault or an error has been made by Betty Bramble.

Please note the order must still be in its original packaging and condition.  Ensure you obtain proof of postage of your parcel as we cannot be liable for parcels lost in transit
